With sadness I announce the loss of a good friend, a committed volunteer and the Voice of Cloverdale Mr. Don Gordon. Most of you know Don for his excellent play by play announcement of our games in Cloverdale for the past 20 years or so.
Don passed away this weekend after a battle since last spring. He did not miss a Sunday game day last year even with the pain and suffering he was going through. Unfortunately, he had to miss the VMFL finals in the snow due to his surgery. Don leaves behind a very loving family, his wife Rebecca, daughter Taryn and son Glen. My prayers for Don's soul in heaven and his young family.
