All registrations are at the CCFA clubhouse in Cloverdale Athletic Park. map
CCFA welcomes new players of all ages from 5 - 18 year olds.
For all first time registrants, please bring two copies of a birth certificate.
Last years players are welcome to send Registration fees by mail. (Please include name, address, phone number and birth year), and please include post dated concession and equipment deposit. Registration forms will be completed when equipment is issued. We encourage you to use the sponsorship mechanism to cover your registration fees.
We do not require medical, however we will need a waiver form signed by parents.
