Champions !

Congratulations to our Peewee Lynx for winning the 2009 VMFL championship with a record of 9-1 and the Jr. bantam Cougars for winning both the VMFL and Provincial championships with a record of 11-0.

It's Time !

First practices just around the corner !!!!

First practices for all teams will begin July

as follow:

Starting Tuesday July 5th:

Flag 5:30 pm

Atom, Pee Wee, Jr. Bantam 6:00 pm - no equipment for first practice (cleats only)

Bantam, Midget 6:30 pm - no equipment for first practice (cleats only)

No equipment; Bring Water & Cleats

Coaches Training:

The schedule for coachs' training will be posted here. Please take advantage of these training schedules. There may not be another opportunity this year.
