RCMP Criminal Background Check
All Coaches for Cloverdale Community Football Association are required to undergo an RCMP Criminal Background Check.
Failure to complete the process before the deadline [June 30th] will result in coaching privilidges being revoked -- NO EXCEPTIONS
The process is quick and easy to complete. You must complete the following steps:
- Print, complete and submit the Volunteer Disclosure Statement to the CCFA President
- Print and complete the RCMP Form 1 and RCMP Form 12
- Print and complete the CCFA Volunteer Letter. You must have this letter if you wish the RCMP to waive the criminal check fee of $20.
- Take the completed RCMP Form 1 and RCMP Form 12 as well as the CCFA Volunteer Letter along with two pieces of identification (one must be a picture ID and one must contain your your current address to: Surrey – RCMP
